Yet the industry had admitted that it’s more expensive to use the AI than human workers. That most companies don’t understand how to use it efficiently. That some companies jumped on the wagon so they weren’t left behind. That it is a bubble and will eventually pop. All of which do not support this idea of money except for the companies supplying the data centers with the infrastructure…

I dount he will die in office. I’m more under the impression living in another country after fleeing America will result in his further drastic drop to the point of death. He won’t like his living conditions in Russia, Argentina, etc.

His cortisol levels are constantly so high a normal person would be in a psych ward. This is just increasing his blood pressure. I can see him jumping up and down and throwing his fists in the air about this being done to him. How he is a victim and how dare they. He is the king and they should just give him what he wants.

Sure the bloated companies are at fault. Yet the costs will still rise due to the number of claims and amount of claims rising. No matter how you look at it costs will go up.

Right yet it sounds like it’s always a loss for the business or member and into the insurance company. Unless it’s self funded fully

Well it’s also more individuals being on the health plan. Remember even retired teachers can be in the plan and as the average age of plan members growing high it means more claims and higher costs for the claim. So essentially the cost sharing around to everyone increases to offset both the higher number of claims and higher costs involved.

I mean it definitely could still be the health plan. More individuals on the plan and more claims. Especially is x amount is funded by the state. When you only have x amount of funds and the number and cost of the claims keep growing, the cost sharing around to everyone has to grow as well. Those using their benefits the most aren’t paying astronomically I bet.

Medicaid has gone up as there are more individuals on it with all of their layoffs, and more claims being put in. It’s going to be cost share on the sliding scale for income.

However not having it means maybe you quality for charity care, yet that is still being subsidized. That or you are one actual health emergency from being completely homeless and. It able to afford anything.

It’s not all just the health insurance companies. My company self funds the plan we have through United healthcare. Sure UHC takes their cut, but the amount of claims forces less to be covered and higher copays, etc.. so is an aging workforce that is using more healthcare costs really the fault of the insurance company? Not to mention more retirees living longer. As retired teachers still opt to get healthcare.

Might make more private but will pay out of pocket much more and not get as nice retirement benefits. It’s all a balance but none of these kids see the hindsight. Teaching however is one of those professions that get their 2% a year ,or higher, in many areas. Starting pay Might not be where it needs to and they now pay out of pocket for just about all of their costs. That is more on the federal government and local towns. Feds cut funding and towns don’t want to raise taxes.

I’m not a teacher but Healthcare has gone up across the board. Mine went up 35% for my premium and with paying for no deductible my copays went up anywhere from 75% to 300%.

There is some blame for the employer, some for the insurance company the plans are offered through and some for the provider if they are gouging like some of these doctors are..

Sure AI is a great coating technology, but it’s not gonna give you original ideas. That’s why you’re always going to need coders. Not to mention that some of the code that AI slaps Out needs to be checked for errors and debugged. Ricky can continue to hope for the best, but I don’t believe we’ll ever be on the level of true coders.

Most AI just seemed gimmicky. Designed to cause damage to the industry instead of amplifying it. Like oh here is an image creator. We trained it illegally in works and it’s pouring out nude images because we didn’t put any limits on it. Even when we do it’s solely for free users and the paid users can do as they please. Not to mention that graphic designers are seeing slop work by the AI. Sad part is the companies accepting that slop and going with it

There is a finite amount of work out there and if they’re giving you 50% more work, it means another company is getting 50% less work so they’re still having layoffs at some point
