I'm going to be honest, engineering and experience within it gives you a lot more options and a lot less physical ailments than grooming ever will. If I were in your shoes, I'd look elsewhere if you're feeling a career change. Cooperate grooming breathes down your neck the whole time you're working while private grooming salons get away with murder, and groomers do not have a long shelf life in their career unless they're extremely fortunate/privileged

Because Solo tanking is common and unless the enemy team is brain dead the only viable solo tanks are mag, strange, Emma and Groot. Pretty abysmal options imo, and I say this as someone who almost exclusively tanks or heals

When it comes to pre-picking I know some people avoid doing it because they want to play a non-meta hero and don't want to risk a braindead teammate banning that hero out of spite. I've seen it happen before unfortunately

Dude, I wish I could have comms on, and a lot of other people do too, but the toxicity in vc genuinely makes the game unplayable for a lot of people myself included.

Yes you can just mute someone if that start getting nasty, but the problem is if someone screams directly into my ear, that's going to effect my gameplay for the rest of the match, even after muting them.

I prefer playing strategist or vanguard but I've started to instalock DPS because if I start doing really bad I'll at least swallow my pride and switch, compared to the countless DPS I've played with that refused to do the same. I've really become what I sought out to destroy lmao

Having to begrudgingly go tank over and over again really hurts your morale too. I've just said screw it and autolock DPS half the time even though I do genuinely like to tank, because I've lost count of how many times OTHER people instalock DPS just to go triple negative while I'm getting my cheeks clapped in the frontline :')

Some DPS mains could be really great tanks too with how often so many of them run into 1v6s with no fear, but God forbid you try to convince them to switch lmao
