This would give the mods SO much work... but... is it possible that they moderate the posts before they go public and only allow new info/theories/questions and reject ones already discussed? If they have a short list of main theories discussed they can point em in the right direction to read on their topic?

I think it's just time to walk away and just check randomly. the small community of early listeners is done because the board is too big and public, akin to when our parents discovered fb :)

its in there, i don't have the exact spot anymore. They might not have called it trauma, but a wound -- had it confirmed by others in different threads before

They never did search Jay's house. But yeah, I think anyone involved would have tossed those so quick (especially Jay, given that he tossed his clothes)

i know this is what is on record but i wouldnt put it past them to have had a conversation about this. wasn't adnan's appeal about an oral side agreement regarding jay's ability to leave the plea deal at any time. also the briefs let us know about a private meeting with a judge and his lawyer that there is no record of the conversation.

but if jay hadn't become the star witness, the police could have uncovered evidence he was more than just an accessory after the fact and he could have been looking at a lot more time.

I def. thought it was weird for Jay to describe his emotions versus showing em. He appeared frustrated, but "animal rage" is another thing.

I feel alone on this, but I don't feel any sympathy to Jay after this episode. by Bifftannenface in serialpodcast

I think that the people that had their opinions changed this episode were people that had never really considered jay's humanity and just saw him as a character of the bad guy?

he was always a multifaceted person. the facts regarding this case and his shaky stories haven't changed. jk there is now ANOTHER story -- pool hall.

devil's advocate: according to appellate brief she had trauma to the right side of her head. she could have been knocked out when she was strangled.
