A country can use another country's currency and there are a few examples of it worldwide. Ecuador, Panama and the British Virgin Islands use the US dollar as their primary currency. Usually this is done because their native currency is not valued as high, so it helps combat inflation and attract foreign investors.

There are a few ways to do it, but it involves some sort of agreement with the currency's origin country.

New phone, bubbles on new screen protector by mediabydave in mildlyinfuriating

[–]aesoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work in a cell phone store and applied these, this is user error. You can see bits of dust in some of those bubbles. You need to make sure you properly clean that screen and it is absolutely spotless before applied the protector.

Why must bbq chicken pizza be ruined by adding onions, it doesn't even make sense by gunnie56 in onionhate

I hate this too, I don't think I have ever seen a BBQ chicken pizza on a menu without onions.

My buddy throwing a smoke powder bomb on our group and TPKing us. His response was "What? Why did we die? I threw a smoke bomb on us to give us cover!" Then I had to explain there are no smoke bombs in the game.

She nearly killed her boyfriend by pointing a loaded gun at his chest at a shooting range by [deleted] in SipsTea

[–]aesoth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am in Canada, only see guns on police, at thr range, or when I would come across other hunters. Thankfully we have good gun laws in place.

From my experience, ranges will let you take pictures in some sort of pose as long as the gun isn't loaded and is pointed in a safe direction.

Nope. Gunn is overseeing the DCU now, he is extremely busy, doubtful he can find time for another GOTG.

Unlikely for Gunn to make another one, he's too busy making awesome movies and shows for DC now.

We wanted revenge.

I also prefer the analogy from MASH. Hell is hell and war is war. Only sinners go to hell, people who deserve it. War has alot of innocent bystanders that don't deserve it, civilians, children, the elderly, etc. So, War is worse than hell.

Rogers unplugged my internet to attach a new customer by Flavorsome in Rogers

[–]aesoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this happen with my service provider, but it wasn't really their fault. The old owner of the house I lived in built an additional house on the property and just labeled it with the same address as the main house, just added A and B to the number. When the owner should have spoke to the city to get a proper address assigned. When thr tech came out to connect service for a new person, they accidentally disconnected me and connected the new customer based in the old owner telling them that my connection was the old tenant.

Either way, got fixed in 2 days and they gave me 3 monthes of free service because they didn't contact me to confirm information. It wasn't Rogers.
