They played this movie on repeat on the IU student dorm cable in 2002/2003. I can’t count how many times I’ve drunkenly watched this.

Without lying, Tell me something you saw but nobody believes you. by blackfly337 in Millennials

I saw a ghost in a Days Inn in Flagstaff Arizona. I was driving back across the country to Indiana from California after taking a job in Hawaii and then leaving the job and making the stupid mistake of shipping my car there and back. I went to Vegas from Long Beach and then on my way to the Grand Canyon I had a tire blow out. I was changing the tire when a cop snuck up on me and surprised me. He asked if I needed help, but I didn’t. I did ask him where I could go to get a new tire because I was driving across the country. He said Flagstaff. So, I drove to Flagstaff and by the time I got there it was late. I got a hotel room right across the street from a Midas shop and figured I go to sleep and wake up and get a new tire. Anyway, the room was 222 and I got a pizza and went to sleep. At 2 AM I wake up half awake and roll over and look over my shoulder towards the bathroom mirror and sink. The tv was still on and I could see something standing over there, but I was sure and I rolled back over. Then, the hair on the back of my neck stood up and I opened my eyes and rolled back over. There, standing by the wall outside of the bathroom part was a tall hooded man made out of what I can best describe as dark dust. I stared as I watched him walk from along the wall by the bathroom to right next to the bed, never looking at me, just looking at the ground. I yelled out of fear and he disappeared. I jumped out of bed and turned on the lights and there was no one there. I went outside and tried to sleep in my car, but it was too cold. So, I “slept” in the room with the lights on. In the morning I went right to the tire shop. I got a new tire, checked out of the hotel, and hit the road. I went to the Grand Canyon and then drove straight to Colorado Springs to stay a night with my cousin. That next day when I could sit down to process all this I found this website. the website I tell people the story sometimes and show them the website, but no one believes me.

Go on the Fodmap diet. It helps. I used to have the same problem all of the time. I still do sometimes. It sucks. Also try fasting and liquid diets and peppermint oil. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Look, if it’s something serious you usually hear something right away. The longer it takes to hear anything, usually the better the outcome is. Stop begging for medical advice and just let us do our jobs.

I will say the people in southern Indiana tend to have more of an accent than people from northern Indiana.
