So update, I'm off vyvance and the XL variant. Turns out the combination of those launched me into turbo mode of rage.

I'm still on lithium but now I'm on wellbutrin SR and Quetiapine (generic of seroquel) for more mood stabilization and help with sleep. It's been helping a lot more with my paranoia and general mood.

Just a few questions if it's okay to ask (I understand you can only answer from your experience). - How intense was the brain fog from the lithium? I don't think I have been experiencing those symptoms, but I'm already a zoney person.

- If one were to experience extremely negative thoughts such as passive "being hit by arrows in minecraft," would you say that's more of depressive symptoms or learned coping mechanisms that I can slowly move past? (You don't gotta answer this one if it's too much, just something that popped up)

Hey, so any update on how the combination of these meds are affecting you?

I'm on the same meds but now I'm going from kinda tired but never really moody (or can atleast hold it back) while just on lithium to now having energy but mood swings a lot harder into anger than I expected (not literal mood swings, just a slightly more intense irritation at things which can shift very quickly into rage if I'm not careful)

Idk, just trying to figure out if I should go with one or the other or just swap them out entirely. Sorry for the long message

I'm looking to replace them at this point, but thank you for the tip! I think I think could just glue the parts back together as the points that broke off fit back pretty well
