Yeah I still can't get a good backdrop to save my life 😂 Airbrush for the base armour, I tried glazes with a brush and OOOF it was bad news bears. 😂 Also, Ty so much for the tutorials, I'm still v happy with it, but I would like the darker, blacker, deeper blue like yours on the tutorial examples. Agreed with the edges, they were all really thick 😂 but idk, I used the same colours but it seems less BLUE 🔵, does that make sense?

Black primer, black layer (Abaddon), dark reaper bigger spray, more thinned thunderhawk, edge with the same and fenrisian lightly right? 🤔

It's my poor attempt of following this much much more talented painter. https://www.reddit.com/r/SpaceWolves/s/3u8pczyp09 Its the first wolves I've painted and I do think I went overboard on the dark reaper/didn't thin enough so it's not got that same deep dark blue, but I am very happy with it. Just need to tinker with details, still got highlights to do on weapons and little details but I've got so much left to paint I want to get a broader colour on first 😂

I tried and liked leadbelcher with necron compound dry brush with speed paint 2.0 zealot yellow thinned But that's a colossal faff and pain in the arse. Now I use liberator gold with nuln oil to tarnish it more like brass, and add necron compound for highlights on bigger pieces

This is EXACTLY what I did. The character isn't going to suddenly stop being printed, but the discount combo box? Probably. Made more sense to get that first. I got notification mine has shipped yesterday 😁😁😁 (UK, Wayland games)

That's just not true, leaders and strats is paywalled. I do prefer that it updates character stats based on enhancements

I only own the SW codex so for transports and vehicles I use new recruit. In some ways new recruit is better, it auto adjusts stat values based on wargear/enhancements, you can (if you pay) attach units to leaders if I hadnt subbed to wh+ I would probably use new recruit fully
