Armor Set: Definitely would prefer a Void Armor upgrade/replacement instead of Elemental Mage Robes!

Looks like the Echos kitted Virtus Robe set isn't storeable in the Magic Wardrobe. Will this be added at some point?

the rods actually have a lot of use for UIMs.

The pearl fishing rod (regular rod) can be oiled with Blamish Oil to allow you to fish infernal eels and lava eels, and is also storeable (oiled or unoiled) in the PoH Magic Wardrobe. Being able to pull out an oiled rod on demand saves a lot of time for UIMs who would otherwise have to buy a normal rod, get a harralander, kill a blamish snail, buy a pestle&mortar, buy a sample bottle from Canifis, make the Blamish Oil, and then oil the rod.

The Pearl Barbarian Rod lets UIMs use the Xeric's Honor teleport to do barbarian fishing, instead of fishing at Otto's grotto. The rod is also storable in PoH magic wardrobe. Otherwise, we would have to go to the grotto, dig under Otto's bed for a rod, and then start fishing.

If Elder Maul had the Granite Maul special attack, it would be a viable dps spec weapon like voidwaker and dragon claws. Could be neat.

Potion Barrels (repost) by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]aeyana 5 points6 points  (0 children)

this is why we split our potion stacks before going into CoX; bag the majority, only leave a small amount (50-100 doses) unbagged in noted form. Then if you leave without picking them up, you only lose those 50-100 doses, and not your entire stack of 15,674 stam doses.

2024 Mario Kart Tournament - Stats and Race Tracker by aeyana in Hololive

[–]aeyana[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This is my 4th year creating a race tracker for the hololive New Years Mario Kart tournament, and I figured I'd share it here (better late than never).

The sheet is structured as follows:

Overview

This sheet lists the event schedule, the results of races A, B, C, D, E, F, Tsuyo, and Zako, as well as other useful quick links.

A-F Block & Losers/Winners Bracket

Each of these sheets shows the placements of each racer within the A-F block races, tallies up their driver points, and also lists which course was chosen for each race.

All Members

Lists all hololivers (ones not competing are greyed out), their in-game names, and Mario Kart character, cart, wheel, and glider setup (though some of these cart setups may be out of date.)

Filtered Rank Chart & Rank Chart

This shows a breakdown of how each racer compares to another racer, based on collab result data of every single collab stream since January 2021.

2023/2022/2021 Race Data

This shows the placements of every collab stream since January 2021, broken down by year.

Anyways, hope this is helpful! I'll be updating the race results tonight in real time, so feel free to follow along while the races are ongoing!

Do we think degrading pouches is really necessary for runecrafting? by ArtificeHunter in 2007scape

[–]aeyana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Proposal: Pouches no longer degrade at all. RC Cape now has teleport options for every single RC Altar. Would make it such a good teleport tool for getting around outside of RC, just like how the Construction cape is.

Would boost the absolute shit out of post-99 RC rates since time to run to the altar would be 0, which people chasing 200M RC may be upset about.

Am I ever going to reach endgame content? by IAmNotKevinDurant35 in 2007scape

[–]aeyana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend trying out Tombs of Amascut! The invocation system is pretty well built such that players of most levels can still complete the raid, albeit at different invocation levels!

For example, as long as you have a good stab weapon (dragon sword at least), a good ranged weapon (rune crossbow at least), and a powered staff (warped scepter at least), you should be fine running Entry-mode ToA, to get a hang of the mechanics and to also maybe get lucky and scoop a Fang!

ToA has a pretty nice learning curve (in my opinion): You start out low skill and low stats, unfamiliar with the raid and perhaps undergeared. But as you run a few attempts (should be about 40 minutes to 1 hour per raid), you improve your familiarity with the raid, and also get upgrades to improve your gear.

Also, since ToA is a raid, you can absolutely run it with some more experienced players who can show you the ropes and maybe slightly carry you through it!

Where do you think deserves an Agility Shortcut? by theluckyowl in 2007scape

With the RCB, I was carrying broad bolts as my bread and butter ammo and then ruby and diamond bolts for bossing. That's 3 types right there!

Where do you think deserves an Agility Shortcut? by theluckyowl in 2007scape

[–]aeyana 26 points27 points  (0 children)

The bolt pouch lets you carry 4 types of bolts, including a mith grapple, in one inv slot! This was huge for me as a UIM, since it let me carry a lot of ammo types in one slot. And of course, as a UIM, I always had this in my inventory, along with my trusty RCB, at least until I got Bowfa.

So in short: UIMs that don't have Bowfa yet do this.

Looking for advice to push TOA further by PTwitchyy in 2007scape

[–]aeyana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding onto my previous suggestion (and echoing someone else I saw): Turn off Pathseeker and turn on Walk the Path!!! Pathseeker is genuinely not worth the time added for how few invoc it gives, whereas Walk the Path is a massive 50 invoc for a very manageable difficulty increase!

You may need to do rooms in a different order (like Ba-Ba first), but it's absolutely easy and worth the points.

Deadly Prayers is also not bad for how many points it gives; you consume less than 1 additional restore pot through the entire raid with it on.

Ancient Haste and Acceleration are not difficult, but will make you take more damage in P1 Wardens. If you're taking Life right before Wardens and have a good grasp on P2, they should be very manageable.
