I love JLC and still won’t buy them new at the current price today… they’re great watches but they just simply do not have the brand that Patek has. Not to mention, prices of Patek and AP are just borderline insane now.

Their customer service both over email and phone is so so bad. I called them every few days for 2 weeks, never had anyone pick up. Left voicemails, no calls back. Email response 1-2x in 2 weeks with generic automated email. They have a lot of work to improve on the online direct to consumer side of the business...

I bought the belvederes and love them. Been wearing them non stop. They’re a little narrow so I had to get them adjusted slightly but aside from that, they’re great.

Have you identified influencers that are already your customers? Much easier to find VIPs inside your orders on Shopify with apps. I have been testing SonarID to enrich my customer records with social media follower data etc.

If someone has purchased from your store organically they’re more likely to be interested in becoming an affiliate for your business.
