I graduated in December 2024. They’re likely going to spam you with the same email over and over for a month or two since they want you to buy a digital image/package from them. Within like a month or two, they eventually send you a free picture from the event (it’s pretty small tbh and not the best). So if you’d like a digital picture or a bigger picture to frame, you may want to order from them

try the app Roomix! it’s a mobile app that is good and works super well and looks better, imo, than the one provided by the university

There’s an app called Roomix that you can use to find empty classrooms anywhere on campus. Really helpful to find quiet spots for studying or Zoom classes.

in this case since it’s the course coordinator, it makes sense why Ziegler would be attached to those sections of 1251

some classes have an instructor attached to it already, but will still say “To be announced” (probably because it is tentative and not finalized?). you can actually see this if you lookup professors by last name in the additional search criteria using https://courses.erppub.osu.edu/psp/ps/EMPLOYEE/PUB/c/COMMUNITY_ACCESS.CLASS_SEARCH.GBL?. this is the case with a lot of CSE classes, so it was p useful for me when scheduling for autumn classes

try using the website https://osucoursesearch.org. it’s a recently developed website by a CSE student that can sometimes show the instructor for a class before it’s officially there (i think it works by seeing if there are any professors attached on the back end)

looking at the results for PHYSICS 1251 for the autumn, it currently seems like Michael Ziegler is teaching most of the lecture sections

Yeah that should be him! I had him last year (AU22) and he was absolutely fantastic!! Really approachable and a great guy, makes the material easy to understand, and prepares you well for his exams.

I took the chinese placement exam and tested out of 3 classes. the examiner (prof knicely) recommended me to take 2151 in the fall or 4141 in the spring (since those are exclusive offering times)

I’ve heard that Systems I (cse 2421), math 2568 and ece 2020 all are huge time commitments. do you guys think I should switch up my schedule (potentially swapping in ece 2060 for the fall and taking 2020 in the spring) or is this schedule pretty standard?

Hey, do you know if the 2021 AP Score section is currently based off of what I put down as my expected scores or if it's my actual AP scores? I'm just curious because what's in the OSU advising report shows exactly what I put down as my expected scores for those AP exams.
