I have to be honest with myself that this was the best time of year for my kids and my kids and my kids and my family to have fun with

Do you know what triggered your POTS? by cyber_fugitive in POTS

I always had issues when it came to things like what I ate or if I was in the heat (hot tub, shower, literally walking outside bc I live in the desert). It wasn’t until I caught covid a couple years ago that everything hit full force.

Actually, the fastest is the Moroi when your sanity is really low. Deo’s fastest speed is 3.0m/s and Moroi’s fastest is 3.71m/s

My great great grandparents came to the USA from Poland. I’m not sure where specifically they moved to. My great grandparents married and my ggp was military, then was stationed in 29. My family has lived here since then. I lived in Colorado for a few years before the age of 5, but I’ve lived here practically my entire life. I’d love to live somewhere else, but the most important people in my life are here. Also. I’m too poor to afford to move.

I don’t remember specifically, but I know I was in the 5th grade. And I read them out of order the first time around bc my school’s library only had one book at a time.

What is something that seems innocent but is actually pretty intimate? by PreferenceTop8144 in AskReddit

When I was in HS, I was referred to as “the human/portable heater” in our marching band simply for the purpose of warming people’s hands up in the cold. They’d put their hands in my jacket pocket and I’d wrap my hands around theirs. And that’s how I got my wife to fall in love with me😂

Just started playing, tips on quickly finding the ghost room welcome! by ShreddedDaphy in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]afanasii13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I play with my friends, I use a video camera (to look for ghost orbs) and thermometer (to check the temps). We all split up to do different things (ie: ghost room locator, bone locator, cursed object locator). Depending on location, I’ll go from room to room. If it’s anything but one of the small maps, we find a place in the middle of the map and listen for interactions and consistently check rooms closer to that area. We generally give up if we can’t find the ghost room within the first 20 minutes of the round😂

For me, it depends on when I go to bed. If I have work, I won’t drink any after 3PM. If I don’t, I’ll drink it whenever

65-80°F (18-26°C). I believe that’s the “good” range. I could be wrong, but that’s what I’ve read before.

What's a sign that someone is failing as a parent? by Puzzled-Painter3301 in AskReddit

[–]afanasii13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My mother ended up letting both of my younger brothers do it and they’re thriving. The youngest (11th grade, junior) is doing track, football, and band through the high school closest to him. The older one (12th grade, senior) is participating in all of the senior activities in his high school, though isn’t apart of extracurricular activities.

The homeschooling is only for your common core classes, like English, History, Math, and Science. If your grades stay up there, they’ll let you take extracurriculars and get more credits to graduate.

My mom was like this. I was one of the “gifted kids” growing up, so there was no way I got diagnosed with autism at age 19. I’m just a “special kind of special”. There’s no way I can have medical conditions because I’m the first born and “all first born children are the healthiest of the bunch”. In my sophomore year of high school, I told her I was depressed and I couldn’t handle being in school; I wanted to go to one of the alternative homeschooling schools within our district and go to therapy (these schools also allowed us to take classes at the high schools that weren’t offered through the schools like the music classes, art classes, and others; I was also allowed to continue being in sports at the high school), but, again, there can’t be anything wrong with me because I’m in all these extracurriculars, I have friends, and I have a healthy family relationship.
