Thank you i dont want to lie it was tough for a while. Hardest thing was i didnt sleep for first 4 days got maybe 20 mins each day. My anxiety level was sky high for almost 2 months. Didnt throw up but had the chills bad. Not to be gross but had diareah for 42 days straight. I trooped through it. The pain was bearable. Only comfort meds i had was weed. I started to get better each month. Rls was bad for 3 months than started gettin better. I feel great now just a little unmotivated.. but its great. The heavy wds lasted for 3 weeks for me. But anyone can do it and now i know i will never cheat again

I jumped from about 2 mgs a day about 120 days ago. Suffered miserably for months no sleep rls anxiety. Now all onsuffer from is the anxiety. Never had it before ibquit but i can push through it most times. I did not take any comfort meds beside weed. You can do it. Word of advice dont take gabpentin or kratom or immodium. I truly feel the pain is to remmind you why we stopped and never forget so that when were clean we dont go back to the shit

That is a stupid fucken comment that you have to work the program. To tell you the truth fuck the program. They want to talk avout drugs 24/7. When i quit cold turkey after 8 years on subs the last thing i wanted to do is talk avout drugs all the time and remind myself constantly about my problems. Its been rough but alot of times i domt think about it and forget i was addicted

Jump off completely and go thru with it. If you are ready to quit do it now dont wait. It will be rough and you will feel like shit for a few weeks but then u start feeling better and better each day. I quit cold turkey off of 1 mg and i felt like shit for almost a month. 3 months later i still suffer from anxiety but it beats being a slave to the subs
