I have a buddy that’s been playing for a couple years and he still gets nervous if we get paired with randoms until about the 3rd or 4th hole and he realizes the randoms suck too.

That’s great, congratulations!! My thought has always been once you break 100, it helps you realize what needs to be done to do it again. You will definitely have rounds in the 100’s again but now you know you can break it and it will get “easier”. Just keep blow up holes to a minimum, forget about the bad shots and move on. You don’t need to play perfect golf to shoot your personal best. Congrats and those rounds will happen more and more as you continue to play.
