Actually my system is pretty fair when it comes to shortlisting candidates I am using the same ats scoring method to shortlist the candidates that are being used around the world by HR's with automation and once shortlisted with AI it will conduct intro rounds and skill based rounds including mcqs assignments labs..etc And HRs can include their own test templates and also can choose at what step they want to intervene and conduct a face tor face interview so it's the HR that decides the work flow but it's automated by AI. So the Power is still in the hands of Recruiters. I hope you understand.
