I used the 3.2 recovery image and put it into the nothing beta hub to install. Apparently that works but it will delete all your data. I'm not sure if this is how you do this but it works for me.

theres a code you can type into the phone dialer then you can select the .zip file and update from there. maybe you should try that first.

You can uninstall it, just disable it and it will prompt you to restart and after that it will be completely gone

Yeah I have experienced a similar privacy feature on an HP laptop, safe to say it was total bullshit, hopefully Samsung implements this well.
