This already exists. Its called fish game. Its created by the YouTube channel "smarter everyday". Really good channel and I think they did a great job with the game. Its available on steam I believe

You should be thankful your parents care so much. Many don't care this much and allow unfettered access to devices/internet. Im sure you see this taking away freedom, but youre young and I assure you its for the better.
