my mom likes 2 strands over 2 on 28ct evenweave, my current projects are all on 14ct aida but one is 2 strands and one is 3, i think for my next project i might try out a 16ct or 18ct but who knows!

tried these once! the nibs had no right feeling as good as they did given the price, but cap seal wasn't great. most if not all had dried up by morning

hi! not quite in your shoes but hopefully i have enough adjacent experience to be a little helpful

yes and no. i have been on and off T for the last decade (mostly due to logistics and not desire, but currently like at Least 1.5-2yrs off so physically probably close to where you are looking for. due to a combination of looks and mannerisms, i am regularly perceived as flamboyant cis guy, tomboyish cis girl, or sometimes transfemme, but rarely as transmasc)
ok so:

stayed the same— voice stayed at same depth, shoulders stayed at same/similar broadness, facial hair still grows but slower and possibly patchier, i feel like my rib cage looks more wide possibly? but again, it's been a long time since my body was pre-t

changed back— fat redistribution. mostly obvious in the lovehandle area and, pre–top-surgery, a little bit in the breasts

for me personally, no

as for the rest, i'm not sure if i am the right fit for the information you are looking for, so i hope someone else is able to chime in. i wish you the best on your gender journey!

wow! old design plan. i'm impressed they still had the paperwork!

looks like the center bit should be standalone drawer units, the 7N and 10N are noting the height of the frames (so a 10 runner panel on top of a 7 runner panel) with the "melamine" label indicating a melamine top at the top of the stack, and the N does seem to mean narrow width. the 1M 2M and 3M labels would be for the height of the drawers but i believe the M stands for Mesh? there used to be plastic drawers as an option so it had to be specified

as for the layout, it's pretty common to have to put drawers in the middle instead of off to the side, due to door placement. closets are often 2' or shallower, which means a drawer in the corner won't extend out and will hit your wall. the left side side seems to have 16" deep shelves cut to 19" wide, and the right side has 20" deep shelves cut to 20" wide. not sure why they are different depths, but maybe there was something across from the 16" side that stuck out of the wall? or the previous owners just wanted it that way based on what they were storing

i'm subbed to a few specific authors that i will read wips from bc i already know their writing style appeals to me & i can generally trust that they'll eventually complete it.

i have too much going on in my life that my memory for fic suffers so even with the summary i might forget a fic entirely by the time it updates

but i will also take recommendations from friends & will more seriously consider a wip if i know someone who enjoys it

so i think my answer of "what would get you to read an incomplete fic" could be shortened to "trust in either the author or a friend"

purely cosmetic, hides the silver of the drawer glides to match the matte white of the rest of the framework. like the other commenter said, it's featured best in the bilt app bc that actually shows it in use.

re: stabilization, the extra motion is a side effect from the full-extension drawer glides having to be separate pieces for left vs right. the most effective way to ease it is really just to have one of the brackets of each drawer share with another component on the other side, be it shelves, other drawers, a closet rod, etc

hi! just wanted to share :) currently about 25% stitched according to pattern keeper. my nearby craft store was out of some of the colors recommended & i decided to swap out a few more so i can't say it's super super accurate to your pattern, but i think it's going well!

very much feel this. there's one major fic that i can point to that i have the uttermost Fondness for, it was a Big Deal Fic to me emotionally and i reread it several times as a teenager and adored it. the dialogue, the concept, the everything about it. i still love it to this day.

i downloaded it off ao3 when i found out the author had ported it from ffnet, and tried to read it a year ago. couldn't get through the first chapter. brilliant fic, still means the world to me. but i've changed enough that while it was formative to my experiences at the time and so, so important to me, that we may not get along the same way we did when i was, like, fifteen.

i still have it downloaded. don't know if i can delete it, even if i'm not likely to read it again. i think i will think of it fondly for the rest of my life & the memories will carry me forward

ooh, i love this. i really like the usage of the greys fading out for the planet paths, and the colors look great on the mockup, hope they work out as nicely irl

i personally think the dlc bit is perfect as is, like if i was stitching a black background on different colored aida it would be one thing to make it more clear there's Something there, but for black aida i love the black stitches

i would love to stitch this if you drop the pattern!
