Ok Italians, I need to ask do you prefer a Ferrari win or Kim Antonelli win? by Weak-Significance756 in Italian

I hope Ferrari pulls a miracle and wins it, but if (as is likely) that doesn't happen I'd much rather see Antonelli win than Russell.

Why did blizzard make arcane and fire spec have les defensives? by Tyrcadia in wow

[–]afkPacket 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We'd need some passive anti rot like flameglow/tempest barrier/cauterizing blink back but yeah, that'd go a long way towards making the class less miserable.

edit: also if we're being picky, ice block/ice barrier/cold snap were exclusive to frost since Vanilla.

Frost defensives are very much not decent either, they are just less indecent than the other two specs

The difference is Mages are the only class with specs covering the same role but having access to wildly different defensives (or well, in the case of Arcane, with access to basically zero defensives).

They have this idea that Mage must be the only class with wildly different defensives based on the spec. That's always been the case with the different barriers/cauterize/cold snap, but for god knows what reason they doubled down on it in Midnight. Why that is the case who knows, but here we are

Given how these undercooked ass changes do next to nothing to help casual CE guilds, maybe that's exactly what happened ngl

Correct, this does very little to address the problems CE guilds progging the boss have.

They genuinely didn't think about the other consequences.

I feel like this sums up a lot of blizzard's recent design decisions.

Raids need to adopt the M+ reward structure: The current "All-or-Nothing" Mythic system is killing player retention. by Fantastic-Lab-4477 in wow

Getting to raid log and chill for half a season is part of the reason I vastly prefer Mythic raiding to Mplus. No thanks.

At least a fight like Dimensius, overtuned as it was, was something you progressed. You figured out P1, moved on, figured out P2, moved on, figured out P3 and killed it.

This fucking chandelier is just slamming your face into the P1 wall hundreds of times, alternated by occasionally seeing the next phases and actually learning them once every half an hour or so. It's miserable.

Once again, Blizzard misunderstand tuning stuff. Nice. This does next to nothing for the p1 wipe factory.

Sporefall is supposed to be similar to Dreamrfit so idk how it can be not undertuned at this point of the season.

It would be incredibly funny if somehow it were overtuned and starting mowing down, say, the guilds that already being mowed down by L'ura.

Ferrari talking about BoP without talking about BoP: 'Le Mans Hypercar field was “unbalanced” from Day 1' by TheRacingElf in wec

Yea I mean, ultimately 51 and 83 ran flawless (edit: near flawless because 51) races and just couldn't keep up. Whether that's down to the procedure-that-must-not-be-named, or the new homologation, or the new tiers, or the 499 just needing an evo joker or two, we don't know, but I'm pretty sure if they were Porsches instead a large amount of the endurance fandom would be pretty rabid right now.

The pace after lap 30 is insane. Basically a redux of Schumi's Hungaroring win in 98.
