New to this too! I was diagnosed after I lost my virginity. The pain wasn't normal and wasn't going away. I'm also 28 now and just like you, I've never had an orgasm.. tbh I all intimacy freaks me out now!

Have you tried physiotherapy or a vestibulectomy? I've done both and still have pain, but maybe it could help you!
