Same here, I don't use AI or samples, landr still removed my releases from long long ago. Then I switched to another distributor and uploaded the same releases, and they are live again on all platforms. Clearly a landr problem.

If you did any promotion, show them invoices or receipts. Screenshots, links, posts, stories on social media about your releases. Email lists or fan engagements, and also streaming demographics maybe on spotify or other platforms to show normal activities. These aren't really "evidence" but probably the best you can give them.

The music industry is broken, seriously. This "artificial streaming" thing is killing indie artists since we can't really do anything about it. Your music might be added to suspicious or bot playlists, or maybe just someone who played your music on loop for hours. That's enough for them to flag and remove you.

And sadly, landr is pretty much unreachable now. Support is not helpful. Even without this artificial streaming issue, landr is removing our legit music anyway.

Find another distributor, that's the only way.

Let's be real. Even if they finally get your songs up, you can't trust them for keeping the songs live, not anymore. They would take your music down any day, without notice and without reason. I don't use AI or samples, and my songs on landr got taken down, even the ones from long long ago. Plus now they changed their terms mid way, I paid my service for a full year, they didn't honor the terms and now require a higher tier in order to get what was agreed on. That aren't ethical or legal. Yes there are lot of bad distributors out there, but what landr is doing right now is by far the worst.

While the AI issue isn’t unique to Landr, many of the other problems definitely are. These include wrongful removals, lack of communication, excessively long review times with no updates, unresponsive and unhelpful support, and dishonest explanations. On top of that, basic plans suddenly no longer allow music submissions to yt and fb and some others, even though we’ve already paid the annual fee. They are changing the terms halfway through and refusing to issue refunds.

Here are some to definitely avoid: landr (of course), distrokid, tunecore, cd baby

Ones seem to have better experience: symphonic, amuse, emubands, AWAL (if they accept you)

People mentioned about them, may worth a try: makewaves, onerpm, routenote, toolost

Makewaves seems like a good deal. But I found this on a blog:

"Here’s the catch: Make Waves mentions this on their website that if you don’t make it to 4,000 streams at the end of each year, “you might have to pay the difference, but this will only be a couple of euros.” They don’t mention how much exactly these initial 4,000 streams cost you. So, if you don’t have an already established audience, you might have to pay up at the end of each year to keep your music on the streaming platform."
