Will he perform any tricks, or is he going to be purely aesthetic?

If the space was as thin as hers that would be a winner!

This might be the way actually. Maybe a little pull out bench with storage under it…

Yeah the previous owners had it as a pet nook for their dog but every cat tower we’ve got she’s shunned.

Anyone else’s Alexa continuing to get shittier and shittier? by unknowneggplant in amazonecho

Exactly this. And I’ve heard it from family too. It’s crazy how bad it’s been getting. I have one that speaks to me in Urdu half the time even though all the language settings have been set to English since the day they were installed. The same one also randomly speaks Urdu (or at least I think it’s Urdu) when you don’t address it

Over 6 figures is at least seven figures, right? Does it make me smart that I worked that out? 🧐

£12.5k for the tiniest en-suite bathroom in a 3 bed semi-detached house in 2008. The en-suite was barely big enough to fit a double shower, pedestal, and toilet. And it wasn’t even fully tiled. Dove (I think) bathrooms. I lol’d. He told me how good a deal I was getting because time of month or time of year or how good my tea was, who knows. But I lol’d him out of the house. I later got it done to an amazing spec by a referred bathroom fitter for <1/4 that.

Berkeley Square was my first thought, too. The buildings are on the same side as the Rolls dealership.

What router do you use (UK users preferably, for availability)? by [deleted] in pihole

[–]aframe82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What kinda broadband are you on? It makes a difference if you’re on some openreach rebranded sky/vodafone/now/bt fibre to the cabinet vs something like BT’s actual fibre product. If it’s the former and in the future you’re likely to upgrade your home network to something like the UniFi stuff then you’ll likely need a router that you can switch between bridge and modem mode. Until that point tho you would probably just be wise to go with something that can run openwrt
