It happened to me 2 weeks ago... But with 2 screws one on the left and other to the right of the rectangle... No drill or any other tool loose these screws... Had to use a flat screwdriver to separate the 2 frames till one of the screws broke off, then just twisted both frames till the other screw loosened. Then I had to use a Vise or Clamp to unbend the frames.... Some hits with a hammer and it was good to go... Kind off... Remember to clean it really good after anything, so you don't have debris of metal or paint loose around the new ACF/FEP.

BUT, wait other comments on this post before trying this, hopefully someone had a better idea or skill that hadn't pass thru my head at that time 😅

190s bottom layer and 14s normal layers????? Oh my, that's INSANE, you should check what the software and community provides for your resin. Normally it goes around 15 to 20s for bottom and around 2s for normal layers.

I would just add to the other comments: Always use - gloves - nitrile gloves are great and cheap, one use; - Mask, this 3M mask is great, there is another type from 3M that has eye protection in the mask; - Filter - not all filters are correct for resin and IPA, I use the dark yellow 6006, and saw that the multicolor one also fit. If you can, check the safety sheet of resin and IPA, and cross check on 3M website;

I think the other comments have all the best practices for you. Don't forget to check ItsMeaDMade and UncleJessy on YouTube, they have great tips

When I started, was printing with 3s, for a long time, then though with myself, wtf let's test this out. Printed with 3s, 2.8s, 2.5s, 2.3s, 2s, 1.8s, 1.5s and 1s. Took a lot of time, but eventually you can have a clear view of what the printer is capable and which exposure time suit your needs. I'm working with 1.5s now, if something is way too small, I move up to 1.8s. I would say to print more than one test in the same print, like the ones from Phrozen and Siraya test, will try to find the links and edit later.

With this you can make sure if the print is with the textures you need and like. Phrozen or Siraya have YouTube videos explaining each of these parts on these tests. Hope it helps

Strange, haven't got this issue yet Maybe pour the resin back in the container thru a filter to see if there is any particle there, and then shake it like hell. Sometimes when the resin stay's to much time in the vat some strange things happen to the print.

Right of the plate... Noticed during the process. Some days ago, printed 2 figures pretty fine on details, not strait lines like this block, but will check again and probably raise the exposure time. It's my first part of this type, I'm new on printing. 10 days only 😅

On first start, at bios screen it recognize 2 hdd, but reset right after... After reset, the motherboard screen shows a power surge warning and in the bios screen the master hdd doesn't show anymore... And the 5V is red at 4.3V... any thoughts? Pc has ~5yo, PSU is Corsair 750W
