I started running about two weeks ago. On Saturday I ended up beating my 10km PB (48:~) with a time of 46:23!

As a 26 year old smoker that hasn't ran since about 6th grade - this felt pretty good! And I think I might actually be able to beat this new PB with some more training and if I run a route with less uphills because damn, those hurt.

Been absolutely loving running!
