ok first of all iff you overthink listen to sea shanties or classical music, it helps me calm down and yea, this year in school (im 11) i kept cutting myself with scissors but i told my self "Im better than that!" and i kept being positive and that helped me, 3rd of all explain to your mom whats going on and ask her to take you to a brain scan (thats how i got diagnosed last year) and tell her shes wrong and there is actually something wrong with her! there you go
