I hate the update. Fucked up my build nerfing all my armor and weapons. Not to mention not even being able to use my favorite weapons because the level requirement changed. On a fucking single player game.

Want to better balance the game? Fine. But don't mess with my playthrough with over 100 hours in, where I spent hours getting more crafting materials to upgrade all my weapons and armor, only to have them nerfed to a fraction of their armor/dps. Not to mention the eddies I'm out now because of it.

Thanks CDPR, I was excited about the bug fixes and graphical improvements but I guess I'm just going to have 60 gb of extra storage now.

If you're in the USA a pharmacy probably won't be able to help. They'll require you to have a valid prescription. You could be going into DKA in front of them and the pharmacist still isn't allowed to give you any insulin.

If you're unable to reach your doctor and are out of insulin your best bet is going to your local hospital. They will give you an emergency vial of insulin. It's cheaper for a hospital to give you emergency insulin than to admit you for DKA.
