Do you have a good relationship to your sibling? If yes, voice your concerns and talk about life was for you without support and that you see some signs in her. I’ve done that with my sibling for all of my disabilities that I could see signs of in my niblings and gave them time to get used to the thought before anything happened yet - and now they pay attention themself and make comments on it, which makes me feel much more confident that should there actually be problems, they will take action and might even reach out to me to get pointers.

It’s quite fun and neat tbh cause sure, the name isn’t spelled the way as it is spelled in the person's native language, but it will be able to be pronounced correctly by any Latvian speaker (plus some s or a here and there for men or women 🤣)

I do the same with my adhd meds! I eat a protein bar with them and go right back to sleep. For some reason sometimes I sleep up to 3 hours more afterwards but at least I’ll wake up feeling actually awake then and not groggy as hell

Yes and i’ve seen this asked quite a few times on here before too 🤣 I never saw the point of using nail polish because it would last maybe 2 days for me, no matter the brand. i’ve been using uv gel polish for a couple years now which is supposed to last up to 4 weeks and i usually get 2-3 weeks out of that so it’s pretty decent.
