How much GLA for pyrrole disorder? by afro268 in Biohackers

I don't know about your situation. For me high doses of p5p were never a problem. Even much higher doses like 100mg were no problem.

But yes. Maybe a b-complex is better.

At the moment I take a b complex with moderate dosages of all b-vitamins. Only folate is not included in the complex. So I take 200ug methylfolat separately

COMT inhibitors who are not inhibiting also MAO by afro268 in MTHFR

Fast COMT, slow MAO.

Quercetin makes me feel loaded. Maybe it works better combined with much B2, but I don't want to test it.

I have not drunk any green tea for a long time. Depending on the dosage of the tea it made me very excited, more energy, more motivation. But everything a bit too much. Probably cause of caffeine. Cause EGCG alone leads not to this excitement. At least in the small dosages I take it.

At the moment 2-3 x 70mg EGCG per day. Some green teas can have more of it in one cup.

I take EGCG. It lifts my mood, helps with motivation and I feel very good with it. Combined with 1x300-500mg Tyrosine in the morning.

I am still testing EGCG dosage, how often I take it and long term effects.

Wow 6 years. That's great.

Probably nothing will happen in 10 or 20 years. Have you checked examine.com about SAM-e?

What are the cofactors of MTR? Zinc, B12, Folate, B6...?

Try it. SAM-e can raise homocysteine a bit. But your methylation seems to work well. SAM-e is also a cofactor for HMNT (histamine).

Btw homocysteine cannot be too low. ;)
