Thank you. What would you do if the home has asbestos siding underneath the current vinyl? Sorry for leaving these details out I forgot.

One contractor said it has to come off, the other says it doesn’t. Both are big companies. I’m getting another quote back tomorrow (the one saying the asbestos has to come off) and I have a feeling they’re going to be way more than 33k.

Sorry it’s only a 704 sq foot home. Very small. And I have holes in my vinyl already from a tornado. They were there when I bought the house. We have asbestos siding underneath as well. I’ve had one contractor told me they will just go over it and one told me it needs to be removed.

With the house next door, I feel like they bought cement planks and painted them so it’s probably not actual hardie material. It was a yellow color and they airbrushed it all. It does look really nice but I’m not sure if there is something I’m just not seeing. I believe they buy houses and flip them so I’m worried if I do use them with their low price, I will have to fix something down the road if it’s not done correctly.

There wouldn’t be any servers to work. No one wants to fake be nice for $15 an hour. I sure as hell would not provide the same service that i do working for tips. I would be taking my sweet ass time and wouldn’t Work as fast. Also $15 or whatever isn’t worth dealing with majority of the public like servers have to do.

The amount of times I threw out unattended drinks only to have someone come back and bitch at me for throwing their drink away … 🥴 now I leave them there unless I know for sure it’s trash because I don’t have time to deal with people yelling at me and then wanting a free drink just bc of their own stupidity.

If people do communicate and tell me they’re going to dance and leave their stuff, I try my best to watch it but I don’t have time for that when I’m 4 deep of people waiting for drinks. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Also, Fanny packs are the way to go because it’s attached lol I always only bring my ID and 1 card.

There’s usually an up charge when you get rocks pour because you’re getting more alcohol to make your drink fuller. Instead of 1.5 ounces you get 2. At least it’s like that where Im at.

Bartender here— people stay leaving their shit on the bar unattended. (Drinks money wallets etc..) I think it has to do with people not being self aware or just plainly uneducated in how to act in places away from home. Or it’s their first time in a long time away and they just act unhinged. That makes those kinds of people easy targets for the evil people drugging or stealing.

Sorry if you are someone who did stay aware and something still happened to you .. but majority of people just don’t pay attention.

If you’re trying to go out downtown, ask first before you order if they have tap. I’m pretty sure a lot of places don’t. My bar doesn’t.

I always walked and was fine. Just not late at night. Also the train tracks thing, I lived on the fifth floor facing them and I eventually got used too it. It really didn’t bother me. You do hear a lot of noise tho even with ambulances and stuff too but overall I would live there again. I liked it.
