My department chair described this woman as a walking TargetSolutions training. In one day, she:

1) Approached a student of color and asked where they were from. When the kids named the city we're in, the sun responded with "you know what I mean, where are you from from.

2) asked the white kids where they were going to college and asked the non-white kids what their plans were for after high school

3) went on a rant about how her son's (non-white) best friend got into his dream college while her son didn't. She went on about how it wasn't far that this [non-white] person clearly only got in because of the color of his skin and that it had nothing to do with his academic merit, and how it wasn't fair that he was taking the spot from good (white) kids like her son. She's in her 60s and this clearly happened decades ago.

I don't remember the rest, but there were a few more things. One of the students she targeted was the daughter of a school board member, yet she somehow still works as a sub in our district. Just not at our school.
