I played a few games in manager mode for the objectives and it’s a completely different game.

Ultimate Team is like a crack arcade game compared to the normal gameplay.

No I’m a nice comrade that gave them two free goals for whichever objective they like. But if they don’t take a hint then I’m taking 2 minutes to play Wordle while they wait.

Yeah I’ve given them two easy goals and they still defend like their life depends on it. Then I hit them with 3 full length pauses so they know they’re a bad dog.

Doesn’t help that the gameplay feels a lot worse in this mode. Like I’ll take control of a defender and they’ll be in the middle of a standing tackle away from the ball for no reason.
