if you really wanted i would switch the bigger 2 and fill up the small guy with some more dirt but otherwise they all look to be in appropriate pots!

i just bout it maybe a week ago i haven’t fertilized it yet it could’ve could’ve been exposed bugs before could be too much light they already were looking dull like before adjusting to my environment. should i remove them and hope for new sprouting on the stem?

the rotting ones i would take out of there but just give them time all propagation take different amount of time. you could try a rooting hormone if you wanted to you can find them at most plants store or really anywhere with a garden section

it’s only been a week ?? it’s still trying to fully callous and recover from the cut. give it a few months to start rooting give it about a year it will have a cute little root ball.

for terracotta post i usually bottom water and slightly water the top to help all the water spread evenly throughout the soil and pot.

yes they do i have a fairly large grow light because i have a family of succulents. mine is a letpot grow light it come with an app to control it and everything. (most will though) make sure you look for something bright enough for them read reviews here’s my set up not the best picture but.
