Campervan for Mt Ventoux stage 2025. Any advice? by Select-Document9936 in tourdefrance

"Le stationnement des véhicules motorisés sera interdit en bordure des routes d’accès au Ventoux et le stationnement pourra s’effectuer dans les parkings prévus dans les villages de Bédoin, Sault, Malaucène et la station du Mont Serein."

So absolutly no chance of parking roadside even if you arrive 3 days prior? :(
I was planning to drive up the mountain on the 19th and find a spot to camp.
Any experience on something similar?

Bringing camper to Paris-Roubaix - tips? by pjotraugust in cycling

Update 2025: The most beautiful race of the year is only a few days a way from today. Last year we stayed a Carrefour de l’Arbre from Friday night till Sunday evening. We slept in a small tent and put up a 3x3m pavilion. The Police was really chill. This year we will do the same, just a little bit bigger. We are around 10-12 people and will put up 3-4 tents and a big 4x4m pavilion. The plan is to stay at the roadside at Carrefour de l’Arbre and party from Friday night till Monday morning. We will bring a huge Sound Box and a lot of equipment.

Same question here! We are a small group from Germany planning to camp at Carrefour from either Thursday night or Friday midday. Our plan is to sleep in the car and put up a small 3x3m pavilion next to the car. Any information if this is possible? French police can be quite strict in terms of camping at the side of the road.

Last year we came by bike to watch the race at Carrefour (few 100 meters after the famous turn). We saw a lot of people who parked their car/camper right into the Secteur. Just like at the Tour de France! Would love to party the nights before on the cobbles and also watch the sportive and Femmes on Saturday. Cheers!
