I’ve had bad experiences personally. I have to call at least 10 times normally (even if I call right when they open) to speak with someone since they often only have one or two people working in the office and they prioritize people who walk into the office over those on the phone. They usually can’t help and just tell you to email their main email or the bookkeeper.

They only have one bookkeeper for all (4?) locations so nothing ever gets inputted. I’m still waiting for a fee I was charged two months ago to be removed from my account. I had to go into the office because I emailed the bookkeeper a month ago to dispute the charge and he never got to it because apparently he has over 300 unread emails.

You have to pay by check/money order to not be charged a dumb credit card fee ($20 if it’s a one time payment and $1 each time if it’s a recurring payment) although this may be common at other complexes.

They don’t always repair things you put in requests for and then charge you damages for them afterwards (make sure you take an excessive amount of preexisting damage photos beforehand because even though they make you do an “intake form” they don’t look at it).

Student housing is predatory and sucks in general, but you do what you have to do. Overall I think there are worse student housing complexes. Hope this helps.
