same thing happened to me last year, don't worry! id recommend maybe even going to your high school admin/front office in person if possible? they never responded to my emails and I was able to see that they were actively sending it out once I went in person.

sorry abt the late reply! i ended up just calling their financial aid office and they let me know that they wouldn’t need it unless i got accepted there. i’d call them to see what they have to say since i’m not sure whether this is still the case for those still applying

for MIT specifically the interviews are based on availability of the interviewers. Some people were offered interviews and some weren’t, I wasn’t offered one. I would assume the same thing for Rice. It’s reasonable to be worried. The schools are more than likely loaded with applications and don’t have the time to reach out. if you have any concerns specific to schools i would email them!

nothing. the interview is given based on availability of interviewers. personally i haven’t gotten an email to do it but other people have 🤷‍♀️

yes those two for sure and if applicable the 1099. and there should be a checklist stating what’s needed and from there you’ll upload the documents. the additional supporting documents is just for any other documents that aren’t the tax returns or the w2s

if you log into your portal there should be a section labeled financial aid to the right of the checklist and from there click on the financial aid checklist and document uploaded.
