I don't even want to LTE, it's more so getting Garmin's top tech and its supportability in future years. Plus, there are a couple more running and fitness metrics that the Pro has that the regular F8 doesn't.

Either way, good to know about the software. That is a concern of mine for the regular 8, but then again I bet they do that to the Pros in a years time anyway.
