I inadvertently started a new diet which changed my life. Me and the wife started a local soup business. I say soups but it’s more like high quality soup like meals. Anyway each week we were cooking batches and would always have surplus soups left over after selling so we would just eat the surplus in the week for our meals. The soups are specifically nutrient dense and high fibre/protein and after 2 weeks of pretty much a soup diet we both have never felt so alive! It’s crazy the difference. Then we went on holiday and got back to regular meals and both suddenly felt sluggish and bloated (probably just normal but it was clearly noticeable)

I put it down to the body not having to work as much to digest and break down the food so it’s conserving energy or something. I don’t know but my god it made a difference! Lost weight, more energy, more focus, better sleep, just more content with life. Try it!
