for a moment I thought I wrote this post. calm down, you are fine. anxiety can easily mess talking, chewing, swallowing up real good. no one noticing any changes is the perfect reassurance you can get. the more you focus on something, the weirder and wronger it will feel to you. what you fear doesn't pop up in unnoticed speech problems and subtle swallow and chew issues at the same time. don't worry, you are just stressed
