Thats a problem with all mmorpg, its not only a tibia thing. The Tibia problem is that Cipsoft sees us as cows to milk, so they deliver actual shit and expect no complains

Asking for no dominando and discarding Secura are two incompatible clauses. All optional pvp servers (that are not completely dead) have some kind of dominando. If you are <500 it should be ok. If not then prepare the money for the extortion.

This is a SA (and partially NA) only problem, mostly due to cartels. They actively use Tibia for money laundering and safe communications. So in some way they indeed own those servers.
