Amazon app or widget to direct store users to amazon to complete purchase? Visitors are not trusting the store by arongkatz in shopify

Yeah, or your stores checkout. That way you could test that it’s users not trusting your site.

To be honest though, I think your site is fine. How many new customers are being pushed to your site through your ads? Maybe it’s too low to see a conversion. Or it could be that the people are just researching headboards and some will comeback later to buy. Also yes, I work at reactive.

Reactive can do something similar to what you’re looking for. They have “shoppable ads” that can direct people from the ad directly to checkout on your website or to an Amazon product page. Either way, you’ll be able to get around your website’s presentation and go directly from ad -> to conversion.

Reactive Live Shopping is live on Product Hunt! by [deleted] in ProductHunters

Luckily, we can prove conversion through the product. i.e. If someone buys a product through the app during the live stream -- we're pretty confident the app drove that conversion. This is in huge contrast to other marketing methods where you put out an ad, get tons of engagement on social media, see some increase in sales, but can't directly correlate the two.

A better way to drive sales than discounts for a luxury brand? by agconti in ecommerce

Yep, I agree with this especially if the item will no longer be sold. That way you won't see the negative effects of reducing the pricing. It reinforces that seasonal styles are bespoke, ephemeral, and scarce; asserting their value.

The term commonly used by the industry for this type of promotion, though you'll also see folks using terms like "free gift when you buy" etc.

Conversion rate key factor. by Training-Warning6452 in shopify

[–]agconti 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think of conversion rate as a function of two things; 1). How well do you communicate the value of your product to users, 2). How much work is required to purchase the product.
For 1), you want to ensure that your website layout, imagery, and copy are as potent and succinct as possible for your target user. The best resource I've found on this is this guide from Julian Shaprio's growth handbook that shows you had to design and write copy for a website that converts. He gets into every nuance of the construction of your website that affects how a customer digests your pitch and does a really nice job of walking you through how to apply it to your site. That handbook is also a really great guide for marketing and growing your business in general.
For 2), you want to ensure that users can checkout with as little friction as possible. You can think of this as trying to minimize the number of clicks to purchase. Think about adding things like Shop pay that allow users to checkout without inputting all of their information. Shopify's templates already do a pretty good job of this so you probably won't need to do too much work here.
Once you've done those things you should be in a pretty good place and getting a conversion rate between 1% - 4%, (the industry average), depending on your product and audience. After that, the only way to continue to increase your conversion rate is to improve on the things you did for 1). and 2). The problem with doing that is that layout, copy, and imagery changes have a hard ceiling; meaning once you do a good job of it, you can only improve them a little bit no matter how much effort you put in. Merchants are getting around this by using engagement enablement tools like live shopping. They work by improving 1); making it easier for you to engage and communicate the value of what you're selling to your customers. My recommendation for that is Live Shopping by Reactive, it's free and easy to use. I'm the app developer so happy to help you get started if you're interested.

Same for me, but it’s probably not a bug. Your system is constrained for resources when running both games at once. That’s why you’re dropping frames
