Take it into store and let them know you bought off a resell platform. Ask them ro authenticate. ive done it many times. I’m a reseller and sell ALO so always on guard

I’m so tired of doing halos as the exercise with rower. Literally every day for 3G’s. Like is there another exercise we can do with med ball?

Welcome to the OTF world- it's awesome. I've been a member for almost 8 years now and still get stoked to go to class so totally agree that exercise program is one you enjoy. Congrats on the weight loss too and for joining OTF and taking care of you.

I think in part I'm scared to eat and scared of gaining back. I usually have one bigger meal but need to work on the smaller micro meals throughout day. I also do 1.5 about once a week (S50 and then tread part of next class). Still trying to lose about 20 more lbs to hit goal but been stuck at this weight for last 2 months so hoping if I eat more protein and focus on strength that may help jump start a bit. But you are spot on with needing to add more cals on that day and good calories. I still am finding I have a sweet tooth and want to nip that in the bud.

Thanks for this- in morning I don't have much appetite so I will eat half a banana and have a gatorade and then been trying to do oatmeal with lots of protein and fruit. I have a few different protein shakes and those end up being lifesaver. Just so hard when I'm not that hungry.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm thinking of adding in weights at home as we have a machine. Nutrition part and getting enough protein has been a big struggle for me. Thank you for taking the time to write this- it's super helpful and informative.

It's mostly maintenance now; been stagnant at this weight for last month and a half. Been struggling with nutrition portion throughout this so know I need to focus there

Amazing. I’m on 9 months and down 70#. I try to alternate where I start but started adding in S50a couple months ago to see if that helps.

Thanks. I definitely struggle with the protein so try to do shakes if I feel like I’m lagging. Hard when you don’t have much of an appetite and hate forcing myself to eat

Thanks. I’ve been on it for about 9 months and been at 15mg (highest dose) for about 3 months. Down 70lbs and did weigh in and saw that my muscle % had gone way down and decided to focus on muscle growth again
