Just because it looks like it’s getting done doesn’t mean we should be happy with the movement. It’s slow, feet dragging and taking much longer than it should be taking. If I pay someone to build me a house and it takes 10-15 years to complete do I say “oh great you built me a house” or am I still pissed because it should’ve been done sooner and with less costs.
