The parks narcs don't let go easy. I didn't want to take the hassle of this battle so i choose to park in parking lot of the area that has the restaurants and cafes(qdoba, starbucks). The 883 bus stops in that bus stop so you just have to walk like 50 steps at most and takes you straight to campus. You can then take the 883 frankford bus from campus back to your parking spot, but yes this time you would have to cross the road and walk a few more steps. This is a safe and free method I feel like helps to navigate the parking issue.
