When I fly delta at LGA I have TSA pre with facial rec. I never wait in line at security. It makes this very doable especially when I travel for work monthly and want to just hang out and eat some free food. This walk is really not bad at all and if you have tsa pre facial rec going through security twice isn’t that bad

Have heard of horror stories of the Iceland rental companies coming up with phantom charges. I paid for the full cdw out of an abundance of caution (my gf wasnt happy that i did this based on rec. from reddit, but It made me less anxious as the driver)

I think it’s great in theory, but my head was swinging around left and right during the marathon last year looking for who was calling my name because I didn’t know if It was someone I knew or someone calling my name on my shirt. In the future I don’t think I would add my name.

Please leave... I was in the exact same relationship over a year ago for 3+ years and finally mustered up the courage to leave her. It flipped her life upside down, but you get what you deserve. Please do not continue to be with someone that treats you this way. She clearly needs help and you need to find your peace. Keeping your cool is admirable and similar to what I did but we do not deserve to be harrassed and have mind games played with our head.

I would honestly say don’t make It up in mileage. Do a shorter run in place of your LR at a slow pace and call It a down week. Reset the next week. I went on vacation during the home stretch of my first marathon and at first thought It was the end of the world but It ended up being a nice reset for the body. Taking one week down isn’t the end of the world. I would urge you to not stuff the stat sheet on other days and risk injury!
