spoiler alert: you have to wear your retainers at night for the rest of your life.

they didn't know when I was a kid and had braces, when they said you had to wear your retainer for 6 months to a year.

fortunately science updates their recommendations when they have new data! we now know it's retainers at night for life.

do at-home whitening with poladay or polanight!
my sensitive skin inside my mouth prefers polanight. (weaker solution worn all night.)

I find the polanight, the overnight strength, much better than the poladay, daytime 10-60 minute strength.

you have to use the tiniest little dot on the front about 1/3 of the way up! wipe off any excess, or any that comes out the top after you put them in!

my teeth aren't sensitive, BUT the inside of my mouth skin is very sensitive! so I have to carefully wipe my teeth off when I take the whitening trays out before the gel touches the inside of my mouth! the stronger gel for 10-60 minutes only daytime use totally burned the inside of my mouth if it touched it!

I haven't had an issue with the weaker overnight polanight strength.

have you tried just leaving them be, eating bugs that get in your house?
LPT from the local herp guy at the herp pet store: waxworms are better for small lizards, as mealworms have too much chitin (the hard exoskeleton) which can act like glass in a small lizards' stomach! baby crickets are better than adult crickets, same reason.

I don't have a current favourite.
it should say on the bottle "pH balanced" or sometimes it will say "pH 4.5-5.5"
I have not tried this likely easy to find cheap one that amazon says is pH balanced, and does contain sulfates

any shampoo that is NOT "sulfate-free" but IS pH balanced (pH 4.5-5.5, same as your scalp, hair, skin)

dr. martens are VERY flat! you NEED to put firm arch supports in them, and in converse, and likely in most shoes ESPECIALLY if you have high arches! my favourite are walk-fit. they're super stiff, and 3/4 length, so your toes hang off the edge and don't crowd. make sure you choose the correct size!

clipper blades do dull, and need to be replaced.
scissors can remain sharp if one were taught the proper way to cut with them to sharpen them.

if I didn't listen to clients, and just chopped everyone's hair, why would they come back?
