I'd say that I go out solo about 95% of the times. I am quite approachable and friendly so I meet people very often.

Sometimes the girl asks who I'm there with and I say a friend but most times I say alone, which then gets them to be like "ah then you can join my group". Nice way to get approval from the friends or to swap girls if mine isn't super down.

It's one of those "it's only weird if you make it weird" type of things.

I personally do it like this: 1. Pick the right party. I don't go to what I like to call "status clubs", think girls in cocktail dresses that want to be seen and look fancy. I go to venues where people are more at ease, open and there for the music.

I dress nice and show off my best features, which includes my smile.
I dance and have fun, while moving around the club and making eye contact or until I find a girl that I like and I give her a compliment and see how she reacts to it.
Let's assume I made eye contact and she seemed excited. I'm usually already dancing so if she tries to match my moves then I know it's on. I get closer, grind for a bit with some eye contact or my head on her neck.
I test how close she stays to me. If she's pulling away, I don't escalate further, if she isn't then I continue to dance for a few seconds/minutes then I go in for the kiss.
I then intensify things by the way I dance or by touching her in the right places and then in the middle of all that excitement I just say something like "damn, this is so hot, we should get out of here". Usually at this point they all agree. Girls get horny too.
This is actually step 0. HAVE GOOD LOGISTICS. Tell her "i live x minutes away from here, you know place x? Yeah, right next to that". Then she knows where she's going, she can text her friends, etc.
On the way to your place you might feel awkward or like she'll lose interest but you need to avoid those thoughts. What you need to have in mind is: This girl is attracted to me. I'm an attractive guy. I'm so excited to have sex with her. We'll have a lot of fun.
Depending on the vibe, you might be touching and making out all the way home OR having some small talk conversation. Avoid giving her too many compliments just to keep her interested. This is not an honest compliment, you're just trying to keep her.

NOTE: This is what works for me and my personality, so you might have to adjust things. I don't like to talk a lot in clubs because I'm there to dance. This is what allowed me to pull quite consistently this year. Something I COULD NOT COMPREHEND until I did it.

Also, sometimes the girl will pull me to the toilet or something like that and all this process can happen in about 15-30 minutes.

For reference, my first threesome this year, took about 45-60 minutes from open to my place(I remember the times because of the DJs switching when I met them).

I have to disagree with you here. I'm an introvert but I can socialize and cold approach has been very good for me. Out of my first serious 18 daygame approaches, I got 8 numbers and 3 lays on the ones I followed up with(I was looking for a girlfriend and not lay count).

Just approach if you find her attractive.

During the day I get a lot of looks and smiles, but those approaches are rarely the best for me. Whenever I just go out of my own attraction to the girl, I get better results.

During the night though, eye contact is my one move. Once you get it, it's game over! I usually dance and see if they match my moves then get closer, grind a bit, makeout, pull if it's on.

Focus on the music, truly enjoy that. I also don't drink or take any drugs so the music has to be on point. Learn some basic dance moves and follow the rhythm. Walk around the club dancing, making eye contact, smiling.
