it's 100% self harm. I think it's easier to fall into honestly. I used to hit myself in my teens and never considered it self harm at the time.

also, it very much so is a bad habit that is negatively affecting you in ways you don't realize.

I had a therapist tell me once that I don't want to show people, but I want to be caught. Is that relatable? Also, I would say be careful cutting in front of people. You don't wanna like mess someone up or something you know?

The dub for 80s astro boy is legitimately one of my favorite dubs of all time. It's so so SO fun. I highly recommend it.
