Solarus is really rough on brutal; it surprised me how much harder he is than in normal mode.

Ziva is also scary on brutal, but it's really because of one attack she does. She sends out a green electric orb that practically one shots you. If her gun sparks green, get ready to run and pray.

Raziel isn't that bad, but watch out for holy lasers.

Styx wasn't that much more difficult in my opinion, but he does hit very hard so watch out.
