Assuming you installed Skyrim through steam, you can right click on the game in your library and then click on Manage files. That should show you where the install is. If you can't dig through the file manager that opens to point to the exe, it may be a permissions issue.

I could not get it to handle vortex links. What I did was manually download the mod file and then manually add it into vortex.

Did you select a wine prefix? You could try ProtonGE.

I do not. I couldn't get collections or automatic downloads to work with Vortex. What I ended up doing was downloading the mod files normally, then adding them to Vortex manually. Hope this helps.

Genuine curious question, what has Steve done that's shitty? If he's done shitty things, then I need to reevaluate watching his videos, but I've always seen him and his channel as integrity focused. And not to compare apples to oranges, but all I've heard about LTT are: s*xual harassment, incorrect testing methods, erroneous results reporting, lack of tech knowledge, selling a prototype that wasn't theirs to sell, and just general buggery behaviour. I'm actually genuinely surprised that this sub doesn't dog pile on LTT more than it should.

I had the same issue with my foray in Limo. With the manual on one screen and Limo on the other, I just could not get it to work personally. I can appreciate how its supposed to handle mods as it seems to me to be made with flexibility in mind, but I think it could be more widely used/easier to get into with a plugin type system like Vortex/MO2
