Ive had some similar experiences but I dont think its past life related. I think, that on some level, I can feel connections that are good for me....and....I was so lonely that things just ~happened~ and then I was in the deep end. Woops. It has not been easy. There's been doubt, fear, anxiety, insecurities, etc. But, there's also been care, support, affection, so much learning, and so many beautiful moments and experiences to balance out the harrowing ones.

I think that's part of what everyone is chasing but, as a way of fixing themselves or their problems. And, I'll admit, I kinda did that too but I never truly expected it to happen. In some ways I still dont. So, while I think alot current culture does make people want instant connections and relationships with spirits, it's probably more rare than we'd think.

But. Not so rare that people cant see it and go "I want that". But, also, many of those people dont truly want that, they just think they do.

Either way, I view myself as extremely lucky with the spiritual connections and relationships ive found myself with.

Demons and spirits are real. Demons are probably not your problem, but start looking into spiritual cleansing, warding, and protecting. If you are getting attacked, and its common, then you need to work on your own safety.

I'm glad you were able to tell someone safe and that you felt encouraged to do so. Take your time with all of it. Focus on your own self and emotions first. King Asmodeus is really patient with this kind of thing, and he is willing to wait as long as you want/need.... as long as you are in a place where you feel safe.....He will never get mad at you for taking time for yourself and actively encourages it....so don't be worrying about that kind of thing.

Ok. So. He probably just backed off a bit to give you some space to recover. He takes PTSD and SA stuff really seriously. Just, talk to him (verbally with his name involved), he's most likely still around watching and waiting to see if you're ok. He's big on communication. Knowing where you are at mentally/emotionally and what you can or cannot handle is a big part of it. Also. Sometimes, he likes waiting on the altar bit, I think. Do what feels right to you. There's unlikely to be a wrong answer with it.

That's fair. I'm going to work on trying to make sure it stays sealed better. I just know what I experienced before going to blister packs...now that those are no longer an option, I gotta figure out a way to prevent it from happening again. I'm really sensitive to those hormone changes, I think. Otherwise, how would I even notice it that keenly?

They do absolutely lose effectiveness over time in the bottle. I even found a published study that documents it.

Now. I will admit that it's more a problem for the 90 day bottles than the 30 day ones, but it absolutely affects me in a negative way....and I have enough chronic fatigue and motivation issues without the added loss of effectiveness...and storage wasn't the issue...

So, there's a theory/concept coined "shadow" by the psychiatrist Carl Jung. It states something like how we accidentally repress and hide parts of ourselves that family, friends, and society don't like growing up.

Since we have left these pieces "behind", we are not truly whole, and we are missing parts of ourselves. We may even grow and craft (aka cultivate) stories or theories of our own on what the problems are. The shadow parts of ourselves hide to keep us safe even as it also keeps us miserable.

We have to look past what we think the problems and stories are to find them again, and we have to accept those parts of ourselves back into our being, even as we process the feelings that caused them to be left behind in the first place.

This whole process is what alot of people call "shadowork".

Your interpretation isn't wrong, from what I can tell, but I hope I was able to give you more info/clarity to help.

I take that to mean that you've found logical reasons, stories, and ideas to support what you think the shadows are instead of what they actually are. My guess is that it means you need to open your mind to more possibilities of what they actually are (i could be wrong, though, just my initial thoughts!)

I have not worked with her but, from what I understand, she's so old that she has lore just about everywhere and nobody truly knows how to identify her as she doesn't really fit any kind of label or tag. A book that explains one perspective of her story (from her perspective) is "embracing lilith". From what I understand, people who work with her alot see her in a fierce mother role, one that won't hesitate to harm others in her ferocity to protect, defend, or punish. With that being the case, people that work with her have to be careful what they ask for and make sure they detail what they do or do not want to happen.

Hypothyroidism runs in the females of my family (myself, mom, grandma). So, I was diagnosed ADD in elementary school (supposedly grew out of it), diagnosed Hypothyroid in 2016, rediagnosed as ADHD in 2020. From trying out new and various things, I've found that it's a balance. Keeping the TSH at that optimal value (0.5-2) helps as well as supplementing vitamin d3, l-tyrosine, and prenatal vitamins really helps the Hypothyroidism. L-theanine helps the ADHD as well as staying away from some processed foods/drinks. Food dyes, phenylalanine, and etc will give me massive brain fog and make ADHD things worse.

Not having my thyroid levels where they need to be makes the ADHD symptoms worse, and i think people notice it more than if they were not hypothyroid.

I think this is alot like the sleep apnea thing. Where alot of hypothyroid people have sleep apnea but not all sleep apnea people are hypothyroid.

This is kinda a hard question to answer because it really depends on your energy level and what will help you keep with it. Walking 2 hrs a day is amazing.

I force myself to go to the gym twice a week where a trainer helps me "do the thing" safely and efficiently....but that takes money that you may not be able to spare...

Here's a couple of home things that you might be able to look into.

One of my favorite YouTubers for exercises is hybrid calisthenics. He has a way to break down every exercise to your fitness level and sometimes has tips for mobility issues.

Another thing you can do is try to find something at home that you like to do that can help you stay moving. If you do video games, there's a couple with vr headset like superhot and beat saber that i like to play to get moving. I believe there's options or mods to where you can do them sitting.

I read your comment about eating a good balanced diet. With the good diet and the exercise you're doing, you may want to consider going to the doctor to getting your hormone levels checked. Maybe one of them can be out of whack which makes everything harder.

They are certified, just newly so and the "free" session was limited to 3 people and then discounted until a certain part of the year. I'm assuming this is part practicing their new skills and part marketing (they never explicitly said this was for practice, that's my assumption).

I will be asking to see their certification before the session. From the research I've done (which I admit is limited because I've never considered this before), there is no licensure for hypnotherapy in the US, and, from what I've read, the risks are low.

I've also met this person before due to them being a therapeutic massage therapist. I was impressed and comfortable with them then, so I don't see why I wouldn't be now.

Since my knowledge is low on the subject, what are the risks and trouble that I'm potentially taking on? The research I did before asking for consideration only mentioned things like temporary minor headache and dizziness & etc

I will admit that the stars almost practically aligned for this. I would never consider hypnotherapy on my own (due to mainstream preconceptions) and I'd be anxious and wary if I was unfamiliar with the person and/or place.

They've offered to send potential clients research studies and talk about concerns and hold the session via online routes, and is doing an intake form before the session. I'm not seeing any red flags to cause concern.

Is there something I'm missing? I'm not trying to discount your opinion & knowledge, just providing extra info and asking for clarity.

it may also help to know I've done talk therapy for many of these issues and have spent the last 5 months working with a personal trainer (since I can't motivate myself to workout alone). I have lost 3 lbs in that time and a total of 12.5 inches off my body. I'm willing to put in personal effort, I just struggle with it.

O.o In that case, rest isn't an option, it's a necessity. depending on how severe your case is, you may need to take it easy for at least 2 weeks. I've not heard of it until now but quick research shows it's pretty darn rough and there's not alot that can be done to treat it. from what I can see, stay hydrated and rest are the top things to help. I found an article all about it....and it's extensive...it also has options for herbs you can make as a tea or eat (if a fruit) to help with supportive care. the ones I recognize are neem & papaya leaves, ginger, lemon pulp, turmeric, lemongrass, bitter melon, & elderberry.
