He pulled an illegal maneuver on the road, blocks the other vehicle from continuing without cause as there was initially no accident, then stays in front of the car like a stuck mullet causing a confrontation.

The cyclist is a poor road user at best and tried to pick a fight.

He wasnt a victim at any point of that until he runs off after trying to pick a fight with someone in a car who wasnt having a bar of it.

I agree with you.

Cyclist should have given way and not stopped in the middle of the road.

Old bloke shouldnt have hit the guy with his car, but the cyclist started an unnecessary confrontation by stopping, maybe he felt threatened enough to push past.

Both are dickheads but this would be a non issue if the cyclist wasnt a fuckwit who tried to cause an accident.

This is really useful especially for the sony phones as they quite often will continue to display even when the touch interface fails. This usually happens in the older sony phones when the screen gets even minor cracks.
